Returns & Refunds
If you would like to return an item to Aura Matcha Protein, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return shipping label.
How to Request a Return:

⚠️ Please note: We do not process return requests via phone calls or voicemails.
Once we receive your request, we’ll email you a prepaid return label within 24–48 hours.
Return Instructions:

Place the product(s) in a secure box or mailer.

Attach the prepaid label and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

After the package reaches our warehouse and is processed, we’ll issue your refund within 1–2 business days.
Refunds are credited to the original method of payment. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Conditions:

Products must be unopened, and the seal must be intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Returns without our prepaid return label or sent to the wrong address will not be refunded.

Requests made more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Aura Matcha Protein is not responsible for duplicate orders submitted by the customer.
Undelivered or Refused Packages
If your shipment is returned to us as undelivered, you may:

Request a full refund
OR -
Request that we reship it at no additional cost
⚠️ Refused Packages: Please do not refuse delivery. Instead, accept the package and contact us immediately. If you refuse delivery for any reason other than visible damage, we will issue a refund only after the package is received back by us.
If you refuse a package due to visible damage, and it is returned to our warehouse, we will:

Issue a full refund, including shipping
OR -
Send you a replacement package at no additional charge
If you discover damage or defects after opening the package, please contact us. This may include:

Broken seals

Leaking products

Torn or punctured packaging
We’ll provide a return label, and once we receive the item, we’ll issue a full refund or exchange.
⚠️ Important: Refused shipments are sometimes lost in transit. If a refused package does not return to our warehouse, we cannot issue a refund. To ensure proper handling, always request a return label from our team.
